OUR COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- DELIVERY PERIOD: The material will be delivered as per your requirement.
- PAYMENTS TERMS: 50% advance and balance before delivery of poles at our site.
- TOLERANCES: As per IS:2713:1980 as amended up to date.
- TESTING ARRANGEMENT: We have full testing arrangements at our works & material can be inspected at our work prior to dispatch of the same the fees of inspection if any will be born by you.
- PRICE VARIATION: Quoted Price are variable. If any changes in the rates of SAIL that will be applicable as actual.
- Taxes & Duties: If any Statutory changes become during the contractual delivery period in the Sales Tax/VAT and Central Excise duty etc. then the same shall be applicable in actual.
