Shri Onkar Nath Gupta, Managing Director, aged approximately 80 years, is a visionary who founded the company in 1987. He has 40 years of multifaceted experience in the industry and is well-versed in all aspects of conceptualization, production, costing, marketing, finance, and administration. He has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and has been responsible for the installation and functioning of the unit, achieving the highest standards of quality. Under his able guidance, the company has been progressing year after year.

Shri Vinamra Gupta, Director and CFO, is a qualified Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA). He joined the company as a director in 2006. Under his supervision and guidance, the company successfully installed and commissioned two tube mills. His vast experience spans a variety of activities, including project execution, accounts, finance, and operations. During his tenure, he has gained a deep understanding of the systems and procedures in place to control and streamline the commercial and financial transactions of the company. His strength lies in his dynamic and forward-thinking approach to leadership.

Smt. Bina Gupta has been with the company since its inception. She has more than 32 years of experience and under her able guidance, the company has achieved tremendous growth.

Director

Smt. Tanvi Gupta joined the company as a director in 2012 and has since been responsible for human resource management within the organization. She coordinates and allocates employees in ways that align with the organization’s goals. Her responsibilities include recruitment and selection, employee relations, employment law and compliance, payroll, and more.
